Course
· DISTANCE: 6,000 meters
· START: Amorín (Tomiño)
· FINISH: Tui (in front of the Club Remo do Miño facilities)

Registration:
Registration must be completed by the interested clubs and submitted by email to CLUB REMO do MIÑO before 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026 “[email protected]” in the attached form, duly completed, in the "45th Regatta Registration" form.

General Rules:
· Participation will be open to all clubs, allowing for mixed crews between clubs.

· Each crew must present their own boat and oars, and each club will be responsible for properly planning and organizing their boats according to the established schedule. If they do not own a boat, they may contact the organization to discuss possible alternatives for participation in the regatta.

· It is the strict responsibility of each club to have their athletes and coaches duly accredited and up to date with the licensing process that allows them to participate in the regatta, as well as the corresponding insurance coverage through their respective federations.

For proper rower identification, please remember that rowers must carry their National Identity Document (DNI), Passport, or National Identity Document (with photo). This may be required for identification purposes from athletes, coaches, and/or delegates at public events, boarding gates, meetings, and any official competition event.

All boats will be disinfected following the corresponding protocol against the ZEBRA MUSSEL infestation.

The assignment of races will be based on the valid registrations received and will be given to the clubs at the delegates' meeting prior to the competition.

A minimum of four teams per category must participate. If this minimum is not met, the possibility of holding the race or canceling it will be reviewed at the registration deadline, and the affected teams will be notified.

Participating crews must be properly uniformed, both on their luggage and on the rigging of their boats.

Each team must bear their lane number on the bow of their boat, the equipment of which is the responsibility of the participating clubs and will be made available by the organization.

Each club will be responsible for ensuring that their boats comply with the FISA Code regarding weighing.

All boats must pass through boarding control and be equipped with the corresponding bow safety ball and safety rope at the heel of each pedal box.

There are no age or gender restrictions for helmsmen. Weight will be 55 kg, with a non-body ballast limit of 10 kg.

Handicaps will apply in the veteran categories (See ANNEX I).

Proof of age will be required for all crew members.

Boarding Dock Closure:
All boats will be in the water on their way to the start before 11:15 a.m.

Approximate schedule and order of races:
· 4x Women's Freestyle................................ first race, at 11:50 a.m.
· 4x Men's Freestyle................................ first race, at 12:00 p.m.
· 8+ Veteran Women................................ first race, at 12:10 p.m.
· 8+ Women's Freestyle................................ first race, at 12:20 p.m.
· 8+ Veteran Men....................... first race, at 12:30 p.m.
· 8+ Men's Freestyle................................ first race, at 12:40 p.m.

Delegates Meeting:
Will be held at the Club Remo do Miño facilities at 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026.

Trophies:
Medals and trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event.

The ceremony will begin at the end of the competition at the Club Remo do Miño facilities.

Safety Coordinator:
There will be a person responsible for the safety of the Regatta.
This person will be responsible for overseeing the permits and authorizations required for this type of regatta and for authorizing its execution or suspension due to weather conditions.

Accommodation and Food:
On regatta day, refreshments will be available for all athletes, coaches, and participants.

Close to the regatta, accommodation offers will be sent to clubs that need to stay overnight in Tui to facilitate their participation in the regatta.

Important Environmental Considerations:
It is important to be aware of the need to protect the environment, so we remind you to adhere to the following guidelines:
· Avoid any spillage into the aquatic environment.
· Avoid leaving any waste unattended to prevent the wind from blowing it outside the designated collection areas, paying special attention to the trailer and boat assembly areas to prevent polluting materials from being scattered there.
· Everyone must be responsible for their own waste and use the collection containers, which will be located throughout the regatta area, avoiding leaving any waste uncollected.
